This 8-week course is designed specifically for women who want to learn how to lift weights safely, effectively, and confidently—regardless of their starting point.
Weeks 1–4:
You’ll attend weekly in-person coaching sessions where you’ll learn the fundamentals of strength training—including proper technique, how to use gym equipment, and how to structure your own workouts. Alongside this, you’ll follow a supportive, easy-to-follow online program tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
Weeks 5–8:
You’ll transition to fully online coaching via the TrueCoach app, with continued support and accountability to help you apply what you’ve learned and keep progressing on your own terms.
