This 8-week course is designed specifically for women who want to learn how to lift weights safely, effectively, and confidently—regardless of their starting point.

Weeks 1–4: You’ll attend weekly in-person coaching sessions where you’ll learn the fundamentals of strength training—including correct technique, how to use gym equipment, and how to structure your own workouts. Alongside this, you’ll follow a supportive, easy-to-follow online program tailored to your goals and lifestyle, helping you build strength between sessions.

Weeks 5–8: You’ll transition to fully online programming, with continued support and accountability to help you put everything you’ve learned into practice—giving you the confidence to walk into any gym and train with purpose.
