This 6-week course is designed specifically for women who want to learn how to lift weights safely, effectively, and confidently—regardless of their starting point.

Weeks 1–6: You’ll attend weekly in-person coaching sessions where you’ll learn the fundamentals of strength training—including correct technique, how to use gym equipment, and how to structure your own workouts. Alongside this, you’ll follow a supportive, easy-to-follow online program tailored to your goals and lifestyle, helping you build strength between sessions.

Refunds are available if a cancellation is made with at least two weeks' notice before the start of the course. Requests received within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the course start date will not qualify for a refund.
